Today’s update

Well, I did the sugar thing again last night, however, I am just not buying anything else.  The 100 calorie packs are no longer a good snack if you eat more than one.  So I guess better just not to have them around. I did walk 4 miles yesterday and 2 miles so far today…Man I am pooped.  Just gotta get back in the groove

    I munched my way through a whole box of 100-calorie packs and decided the same thing: I just won’t have them in the house! Good job on walking 4 miles! :)

    Great job on the walking. I agree…if the 100 cal packs are too much temptation get rid of them. You’ll get in the groove. :)

    Skinny cows are my weakness, I would waist a whole days points on them. I just dont buy them anymore. You are doing awsome on your exercising! You have probably burned all the hundred calorie packs away.

    I hear ya, I can not have chocolate around. I had to put the dark chocolate chips back on the shelf even though of me was saying I can have them and not eat them all in 2 days. Nope. Now walnuts, there is some healthy fat I can have in my freezer and not go crazy chomping and over indulging.

    You did great with the exercise. Now how amazing do you feel with the walking? ;) Great job!

    I came to the same decision about the 100 calorie snack packs…and I used to be such a huge proponent of them.
