Some one kick me in the A**

Ok, food is going better….trying to eat more “balanced” meals…for me this does not include veggies.  I am horrible with them.  Never have eaten them and probably never will….But I am trying to balance my dairy, fruit, protein and bread to make a better overall meal plan…My problem as of late is exercise.  I just can’t get up to do it….Anyone want to give me a swift kick?  I need someone to check in with me on a daily basis and I can do the same for them to make sure we are exercising and getting some activity in.  Any takers?

    Hey girl. I will check in with you every day if that would help. You can also get into the forums and have the whole team help. :) I know you haven’t been feeling well and hopefully once your allergies settle down you will feel better. Have you researched “hiding” your veggies in sauces and stuff like that? Good luck at WW weigh in tomorrow, I’ll be waiting to hear how you do. :)

    Yeah, Anj that would help alot….I feel more accountable I guess if someone follows up with me ….I can only make excuses for so long! I am also checking into some vitamin supplements to help me with my energy and stuff…..
